My passion is singing and dancing and drama/performing arts, speaking up and speaking out, defending the under dog, and using effective and compassionate communication to build strong and thriving communities.
The programs I most ascribe to are ASCA (Adult Survivors of Childhood Abuse) and NVC (Non-Violent Communication.
Even though I'm an anarchist I do a lot of of work and advocacy within the system.
