PoE isn't Grim Dawn, I'd be playing a single character for like 1000 hours and I wouldn't get any good gear for them 100%.
I've been doing a shitton of content yet I haven't yet gotten a singular divine in 100 hours, like I get the enjoyment since that's how I played every other ARPG, but this is a seasonal ARPG, it resets.
But yeah, freeze is just free damage on the boss. The buildup will suck later on if you don't build around it though.
