I used the very wide 23mm Rodenstock along with a polarizer and 590nm deep red filter to create a slightly forbidding sense of mystery. You don't really know where the steps lead.
Focusing here was surprisingly challenging. Tilting the lens threw the trees distractingly out of focus, so I just stopped down to f/10 to get a deep DoF.
