I agree that there are a few stars like the Vivo and the Pixel but outside the US Pixel is not widely distributed at all. I live in Cyprus, an EU country, and if you try to access the Pixel Store it just says "not available in your country".

Vivo also has no presence here. You have to rely on a Store to import it and then it costs €600+, has zero accessories and zero repair/service.

Samsung is at least present here in a big way but the A35 is €400 and the A55 €550. Crazy prices
