Why nobody but me came to think about the DPS is a whole other question... I'm not supposed to be worrying about operational stuff and then somehow we hired a GM with no personal license, and it turns our our bar-operator Director doesn't have one either... and I guess we're all just lucky I do. I only found out when I asked about the GM dealing with the local pubwatch scheme. No fucker had thought about it (including me, but why are all problems my problem?)
