The amount of admin shit needed to open a pub is an arse, and I'm pretty certain I was never meant to be doing all this shit on my own... it isn't what I signed up for. It's just no other fucker lifts a finger to do it and things don't seem to get done if I ask them to be done so I'm the schmuck who ends up doing them it turns out. But there's still only one of me and it all takes time.
