Yes. Hydrolized Soy is not Fermented Soy.
I used to go out of my way to get Yamasa soy sauce, but Kikoman is good, easy to find and to top it all off, Kikoman is in glass bottles, whereas the Yamasa I got from the Asian Grocery Store in North Charleston was in plastic.
