mittimithai (nprofile…2367) admittedly i'm not an expert on sex chromsome disorders but my understanding is that turner is female with broken x chromosomes and having Y would basically make it not be turner syndrome.

it sounds like cases where Y exists are rare among turner, and typically mosaicism- https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8628189/

yea wikipedia actually says this "Turner syndrome without mosaicism only occurs in females"

another interesting thing about Y chromatin is that a large portion of Y is actually repeats.
