man, I remember when I relied on syncing automatically for my notes and other things. But now, strangely I found the joy in manually backing up my files on an external solid state drive every now and then! Seeing that copy-pasting file fill up from an empty white to a bright green never fails to cheer me up in otherwise boresome days 😄
