... she does not know what a browser is, a web address, a link, a bookmark, or a button. She goes online by typing into her Kindle Fire's search box. I mean, good in that she can get online and search, bad in that she can't reliably get anywhere online more than once. This needed to not just work when she was with me but she also needed to do it when she was at home. Does not help that "hospital portal" page is this one. Find the link.
