... b/c it wanted to send a text to her land line. She does not have a call phone. I tried to reset her "text me a code" number to my number and it might have been the wrong move, didn't work anyhow. As soon as I put the laptop online (maybe that had been the issue) it started doing months or years of updates and ground to a halt. She had three USB bluetooth adapters and one USB mouse. Confusing. Still not sure how to fix.
