Back from drop-in time at the library. I was out sick last week so there were a LOT of people this time and some complex problems that I mostly did NOT solve, though I did try. Let's look at what doesn't work sometimes, or how technology systems fail people.

1. Mildred had an ancient laptop that she had "put away" at one point and now couldn't log in to. Didn't know the password at all. Had stickers all over it with OTHER passwords, just not the laptop password. Password reset didn't work...
