Proof of damages is not the hardest hurdle. The ADL get the 1st amendment same as anyone else and when theyre talking about a public figure. Theyre also allowed to push advertisers into a boycott. Proving that they're knowing and intentionally lying about musk explicitly too damage him and his business is going to be very hard. Theyre also probably not lying when they call musk an anti semite.
