He's got provable damages which is the most significant hurdle. If he can document that the advertisers are pulling specifically because of the ADL (which he's suggested he has) then it's a slam dunk. The only way it wouldn't be is some sort of backroom shennanigans done by the adl, but do you honestly think they wouldn't try those in an anti-trust suit? Not to mention, the legal barrier for an anti-trust suit is essentially exponentially higher than a defamation suit.
