Part of the issue is doing things in a way that is most appropriate for the federated network, which is a lot more difficult than people think it is when they offer solutions. Not saying they're wrong just that it's a big deal and proposals that get adopted by part of the network can get us stuck with terrible solutions that we can never get rid of.",
