But, you can use the &podping parameter to have it broadcast an update to the podping network. We ourselves then see that message on podping and do an "add" on the feed.
You'll only ever get a thumbs up from the pubnotify hub. You'll never see the later step of the feed getting added.
If you need that info explicitly then we will need to get you r/w access and use the /add endpoint.
