- I don't see the &podping url parameter in that code snippet. That will send out the podping to let others (and us) know about the feed update.
- Feeds don't get added by the hub. They only get marked for update and possibly podping'd if that parameter is given. Our podping watcher is the one that will pick it up as a new feed.
