On the spending side, the money passed over to the NHS will make a difference but only if sustained, and the money offered social housing construction is as others have said 'a drop in the ocean'.
The new fiscal definition of public debt is a sensible move, but Reeves still is wed to a tax & spend, not a credit creation mode of public expenditure, which for many remains a missed opportunity.
