well, following my own advice to 'follow the money'...
The employers NI rise is a key issue.... of course if that does (as employers predict) depress future wages, then UC & other in-work benefits will continue to subsidise low-wage employers' profits.... so in a sense the budget has done nothing to shift the dial on the political economy....
Overall, it is of course a big gamble on growth, which for many on the Green/Left is merely storing up more trouble...
