So… here we are. There's nothing anyone can do about it, except expend immense efforts every 90 days to make sure that every "i" is dotted and every "t" is crossed and the prescriptions get exactly where they need to go in a tight window and the meds are in stock and the pharmacy handles them correctly and they ship to an address where a human can be there to sign for them on the right day and time and and and and… it's exhausting.
