So now, they've moved to a system where patients WILL ABSOLUTELY go without their meds, all because someone somewhere didn't understand that increasing the required utilization would have actual, real consequences.
I've now spoken with multiple people at the pharmacy, and while each of them individually seems to get that, THERE IS NO ACCOUNTABILITY. There's nobody who can actually say not just "yep, this is wrong" BUT ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. It's all faceless "policy" and "decisions."
