There have ABSOLUTELY been times over the past decade or two when it's taken longer than 13 days to get all that resolved; doctors aren't able to return phone calls instantly, weekends and holidays exist, and the mail order pharmacy has its "procedures" that have fixed amounts of time before you're allowed to escalate.
