The idea for capitalism is that there are complex interactions in the real world and that a market economy allows for the most societal benefit by creating a system that leads to good while individual actors don't have to be aiming to be charitable. Which seems how things really work to me.
People can certainly disagree.
It is easy to point out problems with how things work now.
I don't see proposed better economic systems for maximizing societal benefit.
