As long as the customer can use the app, and make a payment, the bloat is totally fine. A simple web app will do, Flutter later on (I'll probably hire a dedicated person at that point).
I've compiled a dioxus app recently, freenet river. It's cool, but not fit for a rather simple mobile app.
I'm not interested in the hardware on the client. None of them will be able to run the software directly.
