the fastest way to deliver ui is flutter and dioxus bro and react native and yes you can interact with hardware level stuff too, dioxus is probably the best regrading not having too much bloat but the mobile support is still limited and not very customizable, flutter and react native are pretty much on par, depends on your preference. if you want to make shitty quick cross platforms for corporate bosses it's gonna be one of those 3
