Not a well thought out idea. Package installs happen often and many times over. Simple solution to the paywall will be cache. If you want to sell a package, make a privately hosted repo and sell it normally. All this micropayment madness is actually tested on every cloud provider, so people optimize for costs and efficiency accordingly 🐶🐾🫡
