A link to a pear and a cactus, calling on the phone, with water dripping on a snake sticking out its tongue, singing into a microphone next to a chicken and chocolate, carrying a handbag to a barbershop, finding a ladybug and a four-leaf clover, haunted by a ghost with music notes, silenced, surrounded by flowers, exploding into stars, with a person holding money giving a thumbs up to art and nature, enjoying the theater and luck, watching the time until reaching the finish line, achieving perfection with a burst of energy.
A gift of chicken wrapped with a ribbon, a soccer ball, art supplies, and an injection next to a cake and an octopus holding a hammer, looking cool beside a cookie under the moon and clouds, feeling cool again with the sun shining on another chicken and a CD, surrounded by flowers and a bear with a screw, running towards a flower and a donut, pointing left with open hands towards a mushroom and a shirt at the finish line, looking through a telescope at a handbag, an apple, and a videotape.
Note about privacy and why you need it. I know many people are not worried about their privacy and partially rightfully so. 99.99% of individuals are not likely to be targeted as an individual, and 90% are not likely to be targeted as a group. The major concern with privacy (in my opinion) is the identity theft. Whenever someone collects information about you specifically, they must hold it somewhere. That somewhere may not be well secured or may be accessible by individuals who do not care or worse, wants to appropriate it. There is a huge market for identities and a lot of money can be made on it. The bigger the supply or storage of identifying information, the more delicious the target becomes for the bad actors. Unless the collector of your private information has a vested interest in safeguarding it, your data are not safe.
If you get “lucky” and your identity is used to commit a crime, then at best you’ll get away with a lot of headaches and sleepless nights. At worst, it may destroy your life.
In summary, keep your data safe and don’t share it readily. You can’t have a perfect security but you should try to make getting your identity not worth the cost. Stay safe!
They are not stable. Not a single node stays up all the time. Liquidity also moves. And for example Alby requires for the channel to be 0.5BTC minimum to them. Hypothetically you could have channels to WoS, Alby, Briz, Strike (they close not so active channels aggressively), ACINQ, etc. but as you can see we are back at square one with all the wallets that are out there. 🐶🐾
