The DVM could be just a specialized relay. And the “API” could simply create an event (parameterized replaceable) signed by the DVM containing the Influence List (aka “Recommended” List). Alternatively, the user could sign in to the DVM service website and sign the event containing the Recommended List which the client accesses in the normal way.
