The only thing i would add is that it's easy to say this, but it's a serious challenge to live it.
It takes years of hard work and relentlessly pursuing these ideals to realise them.
It is pointless feeling bad for not doing this to such a degree., No one can make these changes over night - it's really expensive!!
e.g. I have *not* bought 5 or 6 teflon pans at ~£30 over the last 15 years because I bought a proper wrought iron pan at £120.
Who has £120? for a frying pan? 🤷♂️
