Lightning lets you create a single-use invoice for a payment. Lightning Address is a permanent address where you can receive payments without having to manually create an invoice each time. Your Lightning Address looks like an email address, but it can only receive sats. It’s the human-readable form of an LNURL. You can get both of those from the Lightning Address tab. That’s what you need to use as your tipping address.
