I learned from last time:
1) That the T-Nation protein powder has lots of fucking garbage in it. I improved the powder. I do still have some of it left over from last time, and on occasional off-days I'll switch out 6 scoops of Transparent Labs protein for 8 scoops of T-Nation protein, but this is only to eat through my stash.
2) That the curcumin supplement is *necessary*. My liver hurt from me dropping fat so fast, you really do need something to help your liver out.
3) That you need carbs on workout days.
4) That creatine supplementation is pretty essential.
5) That you cannot expect to maintain any diet resembling this long-term if you have social obligations. The last time I broke this diet, I broke it due to Thanksgiving.
I'm going to hope to maintain this for 4 weeks. Wish me luck!
