Idk what to say.
For insomnia, take a hot shower before bed. It raises your temperature baseline so sleeping in your nornal bed will feel cooler to the brain. The coolness is a cue to sleep. Another natural cue to sleep is high CO2 level.
The fatigue could be dehydration, are you drinking 12 cups a day?
Or maybe carb loading, carbs will make you feel slightly normal after eating, but theres a crash that causes muscle/body fatigue without a need to sleep (because brain runs on sugar, its happy). Try making proteins and fat your source of energy instead of carb.
You might just be depressed because you dont feel like youre meeting subconciously set goals.
