“Just chuck a chatbot at it” is lazy nonsense, obvs. But there are some interesting opportunities to do clever stuff.
Like, a huge problem is there’s no lifecycle on internal docs. People don’t go back and check whether old stuff is still relevant, just dump out new docs, so you end up untangling inconsistent stuff.
ML/so-called AI tooling that periodically checks for consistency and sends out “hey, this kinda looks old, do you still need it?” is unsexy but potentially quite useful.
