Currently doing an epsom salt foot bath. Maybe this will help. At least it feels nice.

This reminds me I should schedule an appointment with the podiatrist again to see about getting my nail beds on my big toes reduced in size so I don't get ingrown nails in the future. This was yet another "exciting" development in the last few years 🙄
