I slept for several hours and got up with the same headache and ears ringing. I took two Excedrine migraine pills about two hours ago. It took about an hour for them to kick in. The headache is gone now and I have better cognitive ability but the ringing is still very loud in my ears and while I'm able to do stuff on my phone like type this toot, I am unable to get some editing done on a paper that I really need to finish by tomorrow morning.

Ugh the ringing is driving nuts.
