I lean on the same philosophy. I believe in the soul's evolutionary journey and that there are certain soul contracts before incarnating that are made that are all of service to the soul's evolution. Though, I am uncertain about whether in his/her human experience one will be able to and or choose to make those evolutionary quantum leaps this lifetime. Which in my belief is that they will just face and have to deal with it in the next. And yeah the process is not linear and rewiring belief systems that are generations deep is a hero's journey and quest even when one is consciously pursuing the rewiring, since but probably more than that, it is in some cases quite hardwired.
