Picked this up at Starskys today. Interesting. Reminds me of fried rice from a can back in the day. Would never thought to put plums and raisins and whole cloves and carrots in fried rice though.
Recommended cooking method is to cover the tin with boiling water weight it down, and boil for 20 minutes. I opened the tin and microwaved the contents instead, as I had visions of an exploding tin.
There were two other options, but I'll pass ๐โ not seasoned enough for me.
