I want to put a welfare check in on them but cannot find how/where to do so. I've checked the Health and Human Services website, the Family Protection site, the police dept website, and can find nothing that seems to fit the bill. Everything is about reporting abuse or neglect of children and seniors, but they are on their own and not being abused or neglected.
