I need help with something and I'm not making headway with my online searches.
There is an elderly couple I know only minutely. I know enough though to know that they are not doing well on their own. Though in good spirits, it appears that the man cannot get up off the ground and scoots around on his bottom. She is apparently confined to a wheelchair. Also, the stench of urine coming from their place is overpowering.
