All of the things you mention can be worked into the grapevine system in a straightforward manner. This is what the influence score is good at: synthesizing disparate pieces of data, from different sources, in different formats, into a single contextual score. If burning some amount of bitcoin means you trust that npub in some context, with whatever degree of confidence, then it’s your prerogative to interpret that piece of data in that fashion.
