That's great to hear! It is a learning process. Never underestimate people's reluctance to heed warnings.
Nevertheless I still think the future of exchange is some kind of atomic swaps... the BSQ-BTC swaps in Bisq1 are amazing: fast, secure, simple.
Yes, yes, I know that is not currently possible for fiat-BTC trades... but it will be in the future as fiat becomes more digital. Stablecoin swaps could be possible already..
