"content": "I am and have always been a morning person. 5am up and at them, no worries.\n\nused to do that for school, Dad was a farm herdsman, he would call me at 5 am with a mug of tea made, as he went to do the morning milking, I would get up, do my homework, iron a shirt for school then go and do my paper round.",
