For me, early is between 6 and 7 in the morning, when I have to keep a "normal" schedule.
And my getting ready quick is if you tell me, "I'm ready to go", I'll change if I need to, get my bag ready and have my shoes and coat on within five minutes.
The misunderstandings are usually that when I say I'll be ready to go at this and this time, to most other people I usually say this to is the time they start leaving home, which means that I'll be waiting for another 15-20 minutes.
