friends youngest fella (8yo) is going to uk for treatment, rare blood disease, to have own bone marrow blasted and sisters inserted. Both parents got at least two transfections, elder sister probably as well. 💔 organic food, all the best, but potentially lots of shedding. But I'm a bit blinkered maybe 🤔
