Thanks but it still sounds untrue.. marrow is transfused like platelets & has very short viable window.. it's some number of hours from harvest to infusion... problem two if there is not very close match it triggers GVH.. Graft vs Host immune reaction which is what all foreign proteins do in bodies.. even super close match has some GvH because you can't fool Mother Nature!!
