Looks like the crowdfunding was eventually successful.
I’ll be perfectly honest, though. I never even knew this fundraiser was going on, or I definitely would have contributed to it.
I rarely see you or djbooth007 (npub1rqh…kx5z) post here lately, so if there was an effort to raise awareness, it wasn’t enough to reach me.
There’s a reason geyser (npub1kmw…xqk9) has been successful as a crowdfunding platform on Nostr, and it’s because they’ve spent time building their presence and supporter base.
I’ve said this before, but any brand or service that establishes a foothold here early and stays involved with their audience will have a major advantage in the future. There is almost no competition in any category you can name.
