good point. Economic theories that have false assumptions about humans in meatspace could very well be true about humans in cyberspace. So you’re saying that relays provide a public good, and relays engage in competition because users can switch relays if one underperforms (by slow latency or by not implementing NIPs). Question is: is a relay like a community? Does the model necessitate that people belong to a single community or can people belong to multiple communities?
