If you have a pitless adapter it’s a 90 degree oring joint with a release mechanism mine needed the 1” pipe screwed in to hold it then a cable pulls the release lever. Videos of using a truck to pull it out in a long arc. Mine is on 80’ down it was pretty easy. Yours could weigh much more. As you pull it out and the water column spills it gets lighter. I soldered wires on new pump, used heat shrink to seal. Mail ordered pump. 🤷🏻♂️",
