Well, that was not entirely a waste of time. My wife and I are considering moving to an affordable state that values the arts, diversity, and equity which are categories mostly excluded from the above guides. But how will we acclimatize to colder weather in the northeast part of the USA we have in mind? Maybe climate change will help moderate the temperatures, though we will have to avoid coastal areas and their potential flooding. I was born and lived in the northeast as a child until my parents exiled me to Texas, where I have often felt out of place for the past 60+ years. Now I am retired and considering a move back to civilization. (6/6)
