I personally know a lot of incredible designers who make basically all of the things I admire. They don’t usually talk about their work, give talks or make videos about “how to be a designer.” They spend their free time making personal art or playing with their kids. They’re not chasing clout. They’re just living life.
Unfortunately, I think people are easily fooled into thinking the *most visible* designer is the most prolific or successful or responsible for the most famous work.
